The platform provides advertising and property presentation services, connecting property owners, developers and potential buyers.
SkiProperty.eu operates primarily as an advertising platform and does not automatically act as a real estate broker or intermediary. Any real estate brokerage, representation or additional professional services are provided only on the basis of a separate written agreement.
Property listings are published following a review of the submitted information. Property owners and developers remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of the information provided.
By accessing or using SkiProperty.eu, visitors and advertisers agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
SkiProperty.eu, operated by DITY s.r.o., currently offers free advertising for privately owned properties.
The operator reserves the right to introduce advertising fees, modify pricing policies or offer additional paid promotional services in the future.
Any changes to advertising fees will be communicated in advance and will apply only to new listings, renewals or services ordered after the effective date of the updated pricing policy.
No advertising fees will be charged retroactively for services previously agreed upon as free of charge.
Property owners will be informed of any applicable fees before ordering a paid service. No paid service will be activated without the property owner's prior agreement.
